Network Discovery

Get your network into CrestView one of three ways. Any of them produces a DRAFT topology snapshot; you then approve, sign, and activate it on the Topology page, and view the result under Network.

Best when your inventory already lives in an NMS/EMS export or spreadsheet. Upload or paste CSV with node, span, service, equipment, and optical columns. Load sample DISN topology.

Simulated mode returns realistic sample discovery data so you can see the discover → snapshot workflow end to end without any hardware.

Build or correct a topology by hand. Enter nodes, then the fiber spans and services between them (reference nodes by name). Equipment/optical detail is best imported or polled, but the core planning topology can be entered here.
